What will the booth look like at the event?
Make sure you consider what the booth will look like at your event. The last thing you want is a cheap looking booth that is an eyesore for your guests.
How many people can fit in the booth?
From our experience the more people that can fit in the booth the better. Our booths can fit 8-10 people and we have even had 15 people in the booth. Most people want pictures of the family, or of all the bridesmaids, and this simply cannot be accomplished with a tiny booth.
What is included in the price?
3 hours of service, delivery/set-up/removal, unlimited prints (everyone in a picture gets a print), props, DVD of all the images, onsite professional attendant/technician, choice of picture layout, personalized picture logo/monogram, online album.
What will the pictures look like?
Make sure you look at samples of the pictures you will get–not all photo booths print quality pictures. Our booths are equipped with the latest digital technology and high quality sub dye printers. We also have multiple layouts to choose from. We also do color, sepia or black/white. You can see samples on our website or we are more than willing to send you some.
For how many hours should I rent the booth?
Most any event can be successful with 3 hours of service. We start at 3 hours to give you the most for your money…we want to make sure all of your guests have time to take all the pictures they want. If you decide you would like add addition time we charge $75 per half hour.
What are the dimensions of the booth?
Our booth is 6ft x 5ft x 7ft tall. We request a space that is 10ft x 10ft at your event.
Do you travel?
Yes. Any distance beyond 50 miles of New Carlisle, IN will incur a travel fee of $1/mile.
Can you accommodate outdoor events?
Yes, as long as there is a flat surface on which to set the booth, an appropriate electrical outlet is available within 30 feet of the photobooth, and if weather permits.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept credit cards through PayPal.
How do I book the photobooth?
We request that a $300.00 deposit and a signed contract be sent to 32867 S.R. 2, New Carlisle, IN 46552.
Does everybody in the booth get a picture?
Yes! No matter how many people are in the booth, whether 2 or 15, each person can receive a print!
I heard your booths are the biggest in the business?
You heard right! Our booths are the biggest, able to accommodate up to 14 guests at once!! Believe us, as your event proceeds, your guests will want to try to get larger and larger groups in the booth. Hey, the more the merrier, right! The dimensions of our photo booths are: Length = 72 in. Width = 60 in. Height = 85 in. Weight is approximately 100 pounds.
Is there a limit on the number of photos that can be taken at my event?
No. The number of photos your guests can take and print is unlimited during the allotted time you have reserved for your event.
Will each person in a picture receive a photo?
Absolutely!! If 10 people go into the booth, all 10 will get a picture immediately. Many companies will charge you extra for extra photo prints…many only allow only 200 per event or an additional fee will be charged. We thinks that’s ridiculous!!! We average over 300 prints during the course of our events at no extra cost to you.
